Privacy notice
Short version: we use what you send us only to reply and to do the work you ask for. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- Contact and booking forms: name, email, phone number if given, the topic and your message, and the meeting time you request. We use these to reply and arrange the meeting or service. Legal basis: your consent and, once you become a client, the contract with you.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: messages you send us directly are kept as part of our correspondence with you.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the duration of our work together and for the period Italian tax and civil law requires afterwards.
Who sees it
Only the HajraMilano team, our email and hosting providers, and, when a job needs them, the specific partner doing the work (for example a sworn translator), who receives only what is necessary for that task.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to see, correct, delete or export your data, or to stop processing it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
