Built by someone who has been the newcomer, the parent and the business owner.
HajraMilano grew out of years of quietly helping friends, neighbours and their businesses find their feet in Milan: translating at appointments, teaching children in the evening, showing visiting relatives the lake, looking after an apartment while its owner was abroad.
Those favours became a service with one promise at its centre: you should never have to explain your situation twice, and you should always be able to explain it in your own language.
